Callout and Chauffeur Connect, including KP Callout and KP Chauffeur Connect for ChatGPT. Effective October 1, 2026.

These terms cover your use of Callout and Chauffeur Connect, published in ChatGPT as KP Callout and KP Chauffeur Connect (together, the "connectors"), operated by KP Technology Solutions LLC ("KP", "we"). By using a connector through an AI assistant, you agree to them.

What the connectors do

The connectors help you find independent businesses and send them a service request or quote request that you approve. KP is not the service provider. The businesses listed are independent companies. They set their own prices, schedules and terms, and they are solely responsible for the work or transportation they provide.

Requests, prices and bookings

• Sending a request does not create a booking or a contract. The business contacts you to confirm availability, price and details, and any agreement is between you and that business.
• Any price, time or availability shown comes from the business and may change until they confirm it.
• We do not process payments.

Emergencies

The connectors are not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, or there is a fire, gas smell or serious flooding, call 911 and your utility first. For urgent repairs, call the business directly using the phone number provided.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and only send requests you intend to be contacted about.
• Only send requests for yourself or with the other person's permission.
• Do not use the connectors to send spam, false requests, links, or anything unlawful, or try to get around our limits.

We may limit or block requests that look abusive.

Listings

We list businesses in good faith using information they provide or publish. We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, availability or conduct of any business. Check what matters to you with the business directly.

Disclaimers and liability

The connectors are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. KP is not liable for the acts or omissions of any business, for services or transportation provided by a business, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, KP's total liability related to the connectors is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove businesses or features, or stop a connector, at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
