Privacy policy

Callout and Chauffeur Connect, including KP Callout and KP Chauffeur Connect for ChatGPT. Effective October 1, 2026.

KP Technology Solutions LLC ("KP", "we") builds and operates Callout and Chauffeur Connect, published in ChatGPT as KP Callout and KP Chauffeur Connect (together, the "connectors"). The connectors let an AI assistant you use, such as Meta Muse or ChatGPT, look up businesses and send a business your request after you approve it. This policy explains what we receive and what we do with it.

What we receive

• Searches: the service or trip you describe, and the ZIP code or pickup location. Searches do not include your name or contact details.
• Requests you approve: your name, phone number, optional email, location (in ChatGPT: ZIP code, or pickup and drop-off city or airport; in other assistants this may be a street address), preferred time, number of passengers and the description you give. The ChatGPT versions do not ask for street addresses; the business confirms the exact address when it calls you back.
• Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as the time, request status and the IP address of the assistant's servers. Your assistant may also pass an approximate location (city or region) and language setting with a search; we use these only to answer that search and do not store them.

We do not receive your AI assistant's account details, passwords, payment information or conversation history. Your assistant decides what to send to us, and asks for your approval before a request is sent.

How we use it

• To send your request to the one business you chose, so they can contact you about the job or quote.
• To prevent abuse. We keep a short record (the business, a request fingerprint, your phone number's digits, the time and the outcome) to enforce rate limits and stop duplicate requests.
• To operate, secure and fix the connectors.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the business you chose and the service providers listed below.

Who receives it

• The business you chose. Your request is delivered to that business by email and in its customer dashboard. Once they receive it, their own privacy practices apply to how they use it.
• Our service providers, who store or deliver data for us under their own security terms: website and application hosting, database hosting and email delivery.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Requests are kept in the chosen business's dashboard for as long as that business uses our service, so they can follow up with you.
• The abuse-prevention record is deleted after 12 months.
• Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a few days and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hal@kptechnologysolutions.com or shawn@kptechnologysolutions.com. We will also ask the business you contacted to delete its copy. You can disconnect a connector at any time in your AI assistant's settings.

Children

The connectors are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to stored requests is limited to the business that received them and to KP staff who operate the service.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
